On the morning of November 27, a medical delegation from Moscow, Russia, consisting of the Department of Health of Moscow City, the Department of Medical Facilities Development, St. Vladimir's Children's Hospital and the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations, came to visit and exchange ideas with West China Hospital (WCH). Relevant staff from the Chengdu Foreign Affairs Office, representatives from the Pediatric Surgery Department, Radiology Department, Information Technology Center, Public Affairs Development Department and International Office of WCH attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the participants
introduced the basic situation of Moscow's health care system, St. Vladimir's
Children's Hospital and relevant departments of WCH, and had in-depth exchanges
and discussions on medical technologies such as artificial intelligence
diagnosis, teleconsultation and precision imaging.
Ms. Kudriashova Olga, Head of the
International Activities Coordination Department of the Information Services
Bureau of the Moscow Health Department, expressed her hope that through this
visit, they would deepen cooperation and exchanges with WCH, especially in the
fields of artificial intelligence diagnosis and remote consultation, and
jointly promote the development of medical technology innovation.
After the meeting, the participants visited the Precision Imaging Platform and the Information Technology Center at the National Facility for Translational Medicine (Sichuan). During the visit, experts from both sides exchanged ideas and interacted on technical equipment and clinical applications. The visit of the Moscow medical delegation built a cooperation bridge between the Moscow medical community and WCH, and laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation in the future.
