In the future, both parties will focus on practical cooperation in areas such as international patient referrals, joint research, and continuing medical education.
Chief Executive Officer Bryan Lin highly praised the century-long achievements and open spirit of our hospital. He stated that the signing of the MoU is an important beginning for our cooperation. He looks forward to using this opportunity to comprehensively learn from the advanced experience of West China Hospital and explore cooperation opportunities in multiple fields to promote the development of the medical center. He also invited the West China team to visit Malaysia.
During the discussion session, both parties had in-depth discussions on specific issues such as the diagnosis and treatment of international patients, specialist doctor training, research project collaboration, clinical trials, and the application of medical artificial intelligence, and reached a broad consensus. After the talks, the delegation visited our International Medical Center, the Translational Medicine Building, and the Department of Critical Care Medicine.
