简介
四川大学华西生物医学大数据研究院副院长、研究员,博士生导师,毕业于南开大学和北京大学,国家自然科学基金委“优青”(2018)。获2020年教育部高校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学)二等奖(第一完成人),“天府峨眉计划”创新领军人才(2023),四川大学华西医院2024年度“综合先进个人”。多次被评为爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”(2020-2023)、全球2% TOP科学家。
研究方向:
肿瘤生物信息学,包括肿瘤多组学数据挖掘,肿瘤免疫及表达调控等的生物信息方法和数据库构建,及其在肿瘤和细胞外囊泡中的应用研究
研究成果
开发了多个创新性的肿瘤大数据挖掘算法和平台,包括肿瘤免疫治疗联合药物预测方法CM-Drug,免疫细胞组成预测方法ImmuCellAI,单细胞的T细胞自动注释方法STCAT,基因集的肿瘤多组学分析平台GSCA,首创了单个细胞外囊泡转录组测序和分析方法;建立了一系列被广泛使用和引用的生物信息数据库,动物转录因子数据库AnimalTFDB和hTFtarget,T细胞及其受体数据库TCellAtlas和TCRdb等;发现肿瘤免疫治疗联合药物taltirelin,发现肿瘤细胞外囊泡促进肿瘤发生、进展和CAR-T治疗失效的机制,发现脐带间充质干细胞的囊泡逆转衰老的功能和机制。以通讯作者在Nature Immunology、Science Translational Medicine、Science Bulletin、Advanced Science、Nucleic Acids Research等专业杂志发表SCI论文100余篇,论文总引用18000多次(Google Scholar),H因子57,多篇高被引或者热点论文。
承担国家自然科学基金委项目6项,以课题负责人承担科技部重点研发计划1项,担任中国生物信息学会(筹)重大疾病组学信息学专委会副主委和四川省生物信息学会智慧免疫分会主委,基金委和科技部项目函评和会评专家,多个专业SCI期刊编委如《Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics》和《Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids》等。
