The 3rd Japan-China International Nursing Symposium hosted by Juntendo University was held on June 29 in Tokyo, Japan. The theme of this symposium is “Development of Nursing Education and Experiences in Combating the Pandemic”. Dean Li Ka of School of Nursing was invited to lead the team to attend the symposium.

Professor Li Ka co-hosted the first part of academic speeches with Professor Sakurai from Juntendo University, and delivered the special invited speech “Gathering Wisdom for Nursing Discipline, Building World Class Nursing Together”. 

Professor Zhang Fengying, Vice Dean of School of Nursing served as a guest host for oral presentation.

          Faculty members Lin Jie, Xing Lu, Xiao Qingqing, postgraduates Wang Xiaoyu, He Dongning, Hu Yuexia, Liu Qian, Guo ling, Guo Xiang, Li Shutong, Zhangyun delivered oral speeches in the poster display hall.

West China School of Nursing，Sichuan University, Nursing Team of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Nursing Team of Peking University People’s Hospital and School of Health Care and Nursing at Juntendo University discussed  specific schemes related to nursing discipline construction, talent training, scientific research, international exchange and cooperation. They reached a consensus to work together to make positive contributions to the construction of a shared community of health for all.
